Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Customer Service Teams interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. They take and process transactions via phone, internet and correspondence from customers and representatives and respond to inquiries about TE’s products or services. They may promote and sell our company's products or services as well as investigate and resolve customer complaints. A key area of focus is to develop strong business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, accurate, and professional responses to customer enquiries across phone and email
- Manage end-to-end customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless coordination
- Build strong relationships with key accounts through proactive communication and order updates
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to meet and exceed customer expectations
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service excellence
Job Requirements
The successful candidate:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a fast past customer service or administrative environment
- Previous experience using a CRM including Salesforce experience (ideally)
- Ability to organise self and manage multiple tasks.
- The ability to adapt to different types of customers
- Manage high workload with quick accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Be able to communicate confidently and effectively.
- Be a team player
