Für unseren Standort in Waidhofen suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die Produktion und Supply Chain erfolgreich steuert und weiterentwickelt. Sie arbeiten dabei in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld mit vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Produktion und Supply Chain am Standort
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten, wirtschaftlichen und sicheren Betriebs
  • Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation der Mitarbeiter:innen
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Kosten und Zielerreichung
  • Sicherstellung der Produktionsmengen und Lieferfähigkeit
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Kennzahlen
  • Stellvertretung der Werksleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Technische Ausbildung mit wirtschaftlichem Verständnis
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Produktion oder Industrie
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und entscheidungsfreudige Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Exzellente Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Wir sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position anzugeben. Dieses beträgt je nach Qualifikation € 5100,00 brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 14mal jährlich). Eine Überzahlung ist je nach persönlicher Qualifikation, Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung möglich.
