Job Requirements

Your main responsibilities:

    • After a structured onboarding, you will take over the coordination of automation projects – including scheduling, cost control, and process planning
    • You will maintain existing Power BI dashboards and develop new solutions for visualizing project data
    • You will be responsible for planning all project phases (feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering) and will support projects through to successful commissioning
    • You will actively contribute to the creation of technical specifications and standardizations
    • You will work in a global team and collaborate closely with internal and external automation customers
    • You will support the procurement of system components and coordinate external suppliers

What your background should look like

      • Completed technical education (HTL/technical college) in automation engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electronics, IT – or comparable professional experience
      • Initial experience in automation and plant engineering is an advantage
      • Knowledge of project and process management as well as a strong awareness of quality and costs are beneficial
      • Experience with BI tools (MS Power BI) for creating and maintaining dashboards
      • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and intercultural competence
      • Very good German and good English skills; Czech is a plus, additional languages are an advantage
      • Willingness to travel occasionally for project-related purposes, domestically and internationally
      • Category B driving license

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary for this position as stipulated in the collective agreement.
This is currently €3348 gross per month (14 times per year, excluding shift allowances).
A higher salary is possible depending on personal qualifications, education, and professional experience
