Job Overview

Internal Sales is responsible for the support of existing and new customers as well as the processing of quotations and orders. Internal Sales is the interface between the customers or sales partners and the internal departments.

Objectives:
- Professional customer service with short response times and high flexibility
- Answering technical enquiries and queries
- High customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Responsibilities

- Customer contact from inquiry to order placement
- Receiving and processing inquiries, preparing quotations and following them up
- Quotation calculation
- Accepting orders
- Answering queries
- Solutions for technical inquiries
- Accepting and coordinating customer complaints
 

What your background should look like:

- Strong initiative, good interpersonal skills and strong teamwork skills
- Understanding of calculations 
- Committed, communicative and customer-friendly demeanor
- Customer service- and commercially-oriented thinking and acting
- Organizational skills
- Careful and independent way of working
- Very good German and good English skills
