To support the continued integration and strategic development of KRIES within TE, we are offering a unique opportunity for high-potential internal talent to step into a Strategic Project & Integration Manager role, reporting directly to the General Manager of KRIES. This high-impact position combines strategic initiative execution, cross-functional project leadership, and integration coordination.  

Your main tasks:

Strategic Project Leadership 

  • Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives and transformation programs across departments (e.g. digitalization, operational excellence, growth platforms)
  • Establish efficient ways of working with TE experts
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely execution
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment. 

Integration Management 

  • Drive the integration of KRIES into relevant TE environments, including systems, processes, and cultural alignment. 
  • Prioritize integration efforts jointly with the General Manager and the local leadership team to ensure focus and impact. 
  • Interface with TE functional experts to enable knowledge transfer and collaboration. 
  • Support and empower local teams to adopt new ways of working and achieve integration goals. 
  • Monitor, shape, and communicate integration progress to leadership 

What your background should look like

  • MBA graduate or equivalent
  • Ideally working experience in consulting or project management.
  • Minimum of 5 years of tenure within TE Connectivity
  • Well-established internal network across TE Connectivity
  • Passionate about high-growth environments and the energy transition
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • High learning agility and ownership mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
