The M&A Integration Manager will manage the integration processes with multiple value streams, leading global cross-functional teams across TE’s range of businesses and supports the deal model to achieve synergy growth targets and OI/EBIT Achievement. 
Integration Manager will be reporting to the General Manager & Integration Leader of the newly acquired biz and support him in all aspects to achieve a successful integration regarding cultural and biz integration.

Your main tasks:

  • Manage the Integration team in the M&A transaction and works together with the business unit, TE Corporate M&A and delegates from the target company
  • Manage all Integration activities to meet or achieve deal model financial and synergy model; reports out progress on an executive level 
  • Produce financial and strategic assessments throughout the Integration, monitors business plan achievements and creates Risk & Opportunity Analysis
  • Establish and lead cross-functional work stream execution efforts with integration value stream leaders.
  • Leverage a combination of internal and external resources to architect, operationalize and execute all relevant processes, events, and reports throughout the M&A lifecycle.
  • Monitor M&A environment and internal processes to improve productivity, quality and consistency of TE’s acquisition process and tools with a continuous improvement mindset.

What your background should look like:

  • 10+ years of business experience in Project Management, Business Development.
  • BS or BA required. 
  • Track record of successfully leading and program-managing complex, high-diversified projects which require cross functional team leadership and the ability to work across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience working with diversified industrial companies, either through industry experience or projects a plus.
  • Leadership gravitas and communication skills to influence BU and segment executive teams on the investments and actions needed to accomplish BU’s growth objectives.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work well with leaders at multiple levels in the organization
  • Skills and tenacity to achieve results and influence leaders without formal authority
