Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Qualitätslage inklusive der Bearbeitung von Reklamationen extern und intern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  1. Incoming goods inspection according to quality specifications
    Inspection of delivered goods based on test criteria (e.g., DIN standards, drawings, specifications)
    Carrying out random check

 

  1. Measuring and testing procedures

Use of measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, test benches, and laboratory equipment if necessary
Documentation of measurement results

 

  1. Detection of quality deviations
    Identification of defects such as:
    Dimensional deviations
    Surface defects
    Material defects
    Incorrect or missing certificates (e.g., factory certificates)

 

  1. Documentation and feedback
    Preparation of test reports
    Feedback to purchasing, suppliers, or quality assurance in case of deviations
    Blocking of defective goods in the system (e.g., ERP-QM)

 

 

  1. Communication with QA and suppliers
    Support with complaints
    Participation in supplier evaluations

 

  1. Quality assurance for new launches
    Support with initial sampling (e.g., PPAP, EMPB)
    Coordination of quality requirements and specifications
    Approval processes for new products or changes

 

  1. Complaint management
    Analysis of supplier errors (e.g., with 8D reports, Ishikawa, 5-Why)
    Coordination of corrective and preventive measures
    Follow-up on effectiveness

 

  1. Continuous improvement
    Initiation and support of improvement projects with suppliers
    Monitoring of quality indicators (e.g., PPM, audit results)
    Support for Lean and Six Sigma initiatives

 

  1. Communication and interface work
    Close cooperation with purchasing, development, production, and quality assurance
    Technical clarification with suppliers in case of deviations

What your background should look like:

  • Completed degree in quality management

  • Good understanding of quality management processes

  • Strong initiative, excellent social skills, and outstanding teamwork and communication skills

  • Organizational skills

  • Careful and independent working style

  • Knowledge of quality assurance and testing methods

  • Experience with technical drawings and standards

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP QM)

  • Care, accuracy, and sense of responsibility

  • German and English (advanced)
