Als Entwicklungsingenieur Hardware (m/w/d) sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung von Hardwarelösungen für Messgeräte zur Optimierung der Verfügbarkeit im Mittelspannungsverteilnetz. Sie begleiten den gesamten Produktentstehungsprozess – von der Anforderungsanalyse über das Schaltungsdesign bis hin zur Serienreife – und stellen sicher, dass innovative, zuverlässige und normgerechte Produkte entstehen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit interdisziplinären Teams zusammen und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität, Effizienz und Zukunftsfähigkeit der Energieinfrastruktur.

Ihre Aufgaben:

 

  • Entwicklung von Hardware inkl. Schaltungsentwurf und Layout unter Berücksichtigung von EMV- und Normanforderungen
  • Analyse von Anforderungen sowie Erstellung von Konzepten und Pflichtenheften für Neuentwicklungen
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Typprüfungen auf Modul- und Geräteebene
  • Begleitung von Zertifizierungsprozessen und Sicherstellung der Produktfreigaben
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Prüf- und Fertigungsdokumentationen
  • Mitarbeit bei Fehleranalysen, Reviews und im kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
  • Dokumentation der Entwicklungsarbeit in relevanten Tools und Systemen
  • Anwendung agiler Entwicklungsmethoden sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Hardwareentwicklung, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
  • Grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse, vorzugsweise im Embedded-Bereich
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen (z. B. EMV, IPC) von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Unternehmerisches sowie kunden- und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
