Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

What your background should look like:

Overview:
Conduct sales and marketing activities, develop customer relationships / New development projects with the objectives of achieving sales target, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibility:
Sales Activities:
1.    Propose and implement annual sales plan (billing/AR target, TERP pipeline, market share, product portfolio expansion, new project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts.
2.    Promote existing products to meet customer needs to win more content in vehicle; explore new application and new product opportunity; good biz development and project management sense to win more customer new project nominations.
3.    Continuous improve key account customers relationship; internal cross function teamwork and cooperation to achieve extraordinary customer satisfaction.
4.    Customer daily problem handle and solving, focus on quality service improvement, pricing and biz negotiation, on time delivery performance.
5.    Expand new customer base, create new accounts and explore more biz growth.

Marketing Activities
1.    Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitor information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan.
2.    Good awareness of commercial vehicle heavy duty truck, Electric truck ecosystem, and intelligent vehicle market/application/product trend.  
3.    Teamwork with Marcom/PM to organize marketing events (Tech day, seminar or exhibition), promote TE ICT all existing and new product Go-to-market.

 Qualifications:
1.    Bachelors in engineering or equivalent.
2.    5+ years’ experience in commercial vehicle or auto industry, position in Account manager or sales engineer or FAE or PM.  
3.    Good command of English.
4.    Communication and influencing skills, integrity, sense of responsibility, proactive, learning capabilities.
5.    Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
