HR Solutions Partner / HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Supervision of employees and managers in a defined area for all personnel-related questions, as well as the solution of diverse and complex issues
- Coordination and implementation of organizational changes, individual personnel measures and disciplinary measures
- Partnership and coordination with the Centers of Excellence Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Development as well as Business Unit HR and the Shared Services Centers
- Implementation of HR processes in the support area (Performance Management, Development Planning, Compensation Planning, Succession Planning)
- Job evaluation according to the existing GBV and compensation determination
- Collaboration in the introduction and implementation of group-wide strategies, programs and initiatives
- Collaboration in local and cross-site HR projects
- Recruitment of specialist staff
- Further development of existing tools and processes
- Constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or business law with a focus on human resources or further education with relevant experience in the required area of responsibility.
- Several years of experience in a generalist and responsible position in operational HR work; ideally in industry in a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, tax and social security law
- Very good communication skills and confident appearance
- Experience in change management is an advantage
- High level of service orientation, commitment and dedication
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with relevant HR tools; especially Success Factors desirable
- Very good written and spoken English and fluent German skills
