What your background should look like:
- Coordinate and implement organizational changes, individual personnel actions, and disciplinary measures.
- Collaborate closely with the Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Talent Development, as well as Business Unit HR and Shared Services Centers.
- Execute HR processes within the assigned client group, including Performance Management, Development Planning, Compensation Planning, and Succession Planning.
- Conduct job evaluations and determine compensation in accordance with the existing company works agreement (GBV).
- Support the introduction and implementation of corporate-wide strategies, programs, and initiatives.
- Participate in local and cross-site HR projects.
- Drive the continuous improvement of existing tools and processes.
- Maintain a constructive and trust-based working relationship with the Works Council.
Your ideal profile:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Law, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources, or equivalent qualifications combined with relevant professional experience in the required area.
- Several years of experience in a generalist and responsible HR role; ideally within an industrial and multinational corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, labor law, tax law, and social security regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident professional presence.
- Experience in change management is an advantage.
- Strong customer and service orientation, commitment, and initiative.
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is desirable.
