Supply Chain Analyst II (Remote)

Job Overview

Members of the ICT North America Supply Chain Team will help facilitate the capacity and supply planning for the ICT footprint, including ICT managed plants, and external/internal TE suppliers. This position will take a proactive approach to strengthen the link/collaboration between operations and internal/external customers to ensure we have a robust supply chain. In addition this position will help drive process improvement initiatives to support on time delivery, lead time reduction and inventory reduction initiatives.
 

 

Job Responsibilities

•    Coordinate with ICT plant operations to analyze and recommend capacity solutions to proactively satisfy potential supply constraints before they impact the plant and customers.
•    Assist local Master Schedulers in using advanced planning systems to optimize customer delivery and inventory performance.
•    Collaborate with global customers & global counterparts to analyze & improve the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain process
•    Identify and lead strategic supply chain projects related to supply chain optimization and footprint moves.
•    Facilitate the monthly plant supply reviews for respective plants and support the monthly S&OP supply review.
•    Monitor & report on supply chain KPI’s…drive actions to close any gaps
•    Lead Materials Coordinator when regional shortages arise on global programs
•    Orchestrate recovery plans that maximize output considering total demand and supply capabilities among all regions.
•    Team with the Global GPL Manager to understand the program’s global footprint and capabilities.

What your background should look like:

•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
•    Minimum two years of Supply Chain experience.
•    SAP Production Planning and Rapid Response Master Scheduling experience highly desired
•    Extensive Excel skills is required to support reporting and analytics requirements.
•    APICS certification desired
•    Travel 10%-25%.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $57,300 – $75,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
