Job Overview

The CPFR & Customer Collaboration Lead is responsible for driving collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment (CPFR) processes with key customers to optimize supply chain efficiency. This role focuses on enhancing EDI accuracy from customers, deploying service level agreements, managing capacity check process, and fostering strong partnerships with Tier-1’s, distributors, and internal teams to ensure product availability, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and tier-1/distribution partners for supply chain collaboration.
  • Develop and implement service level agreements with premium customers.
  • Conduct regular meetings and joint business planning sessions with customers to review demand forecasts, adherence to SLA terms and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage lead-time committed to customers and drive improvements through supply chain optimization.

Other Responsibilities

  • Analyze historical sales data, customer insights, and market trends to refine demand forecasts.
  • Coordinate with demand analysts and sales teams to validate and adjust forecasts.
  • Implement replenishment strategies tailored to customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Identify inefficiencies in CPFR processes and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Act as owner of capacity check process from data intake to providing capacity plans and facilitating internal stakeholders to assess capacity.

What your background should look like:

 

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Operations Research, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain, sales or CPFR/customer collaboration roles.
  • Certifications in CPFR, APICS (CSCP), or related supply chain qualifications are a plus.
  • Strong experience working distributors and key accounts.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, replenishment strategies, and logistics coordination.
  • Proficiency in forecasting tools like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or similar.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $99,700 – $149,500 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
