Job Overview
The Executive Administrative Assistant plays a central role in supporting the senior leadership within the Global Automotive and Automotive Americas leadership teams. This position requires a proactive approach to anticipating and meeting the needs of the Executive Team and, equally, becoming a critical “go-to” person for the broader organization to liaise with the senior team in a regional/global environment. We are looking for an individual who is a self-starter, focused on results and committed to making a difference, independently and as part of our team.
This position is onsite, located in Winston-Salem, NC. Hybrid work arrangements can be considered for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Executive Admin contact in support of senior leadership
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules across stakeholders
- Organize and manage conference calls, on-site/off-site meetings, telepresence sessions, and webcasts
- Maintain electronic files and manage content on SharePoint sites
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports in accordance with company policy
- Manage and coordinate complex travel arrangements, ensuring alignment with executive travel preferences and cost efficiency
- Support and track internal workflow approvals, including purchase orders/requisitions
- Contribute to and manage special projects aligned with Business Unit objectives
- Assist in planning and coordinating business unit events and communications
- Collaborate with executive and senior-level administrative assistants to address requests and priorities from senior leadership
What your background should look like
- Requires high school diploma. Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, supporting senior leadership
- High degree of professionalism and integrity in dealing with leadership and broader teams, confidential information and materials
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, strong attention to detail
- Solutions oriented, collaborative, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of office management systems, procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency with standard office equipment, digital tools, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint); building familiarity with AI tools for productivity
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, responsive, and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $60,600 – $90,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
