You will have an exciting opportunity to be a technical resource for the growing heat shrink tubing operations business.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of manufacturing processes related the production of heat shrink tubing
- Perform root cause investigations and execute corrective actions for non-conforming products using analytical tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and 8D
- Write technical documentation, such as process instructions, process validation plans and reports, process development plans and reports, and non-conforming material reports
- Execute process validation activities following the IQ, OQ, and PQ approach
- Lead cost reduction projects in cross-functional teams
- Train manufacturing personnel on process changes
- Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives
- Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, and visual methods
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective use of the products TE manufactures
What your background should look like:
- BS in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, or related engineering degree, equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- 3 or more years’ experience supporting a manufacturing environment
- Track record of project completions that deliver business results
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $83,000 - $124,600 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
