Responsibilities
•    Perform advanced level electrical troubleshooting, repair, adjustment, & verification; provide PLC, PC, computer, & software support. 
•    Support mechanical troubleshooting & repairs.
•    Review MTBF, MTTR, OEE, & PM performance. Create & execute action plans to improve those metrics. Recommend & implement permanent corrective maintenance solutions.
•    Lead the control & upkeep of the spare parts inventory. Requires identifying at risk equipment & components, ordering of parts & supplies, & maintaining the records for these parts.
•    Support Preventive Maintenance tasks. Review and update equipment Preventive Maintenance processes and content.
•    Emergency repair response to equipment breakdowns; on-call support on a rotation to support 24/7 operations
•    Create documentation of repairs to support audits, training, & future troubleshooting to limit downtime
•    Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to collectively achieve business objectives
•    Communicate effectively through written, verbal, non-verbal, & visual methods
•    Adhere to quality & compliance standards to ensure safe & effective use of the products TE manufactures

What your background should look like:

•    BS in electrical, controls, or mechanical engineering, or a related degrees with electrical/controls background
•    Demonstrated problem solving and customer service skills
•    Demonstrated ability to troubleshooting and repair production equipment. 
•    Five or more yrs of experience performing advanced level electrical troubleshooting and repair, PLC, computer, and software support.
•    Ability to develop and document maintenance procedures for production machinery
•    Ability to sustain high performance standards and attention to detail in unstructured/unsupervised situations
•    Experience using a PC based system in a network environment; working knowledge of Windows OS, Word, Excel, and CMMS
•    Experience using CAD software to view and edit drawings/schematics is preferred, but not required
•    Experience with TPM is a plus
•    Medical device manufacturing experience is a plus

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $70.6k - $106k annually (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
