Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to achieve Freight % of Sales and TEBIT targets for the assigned Subvertical, ensuring cost optimization and savings delivery.
- Oversee carrier determination setup and shipment window configuration, driving process improvements and shipment visibility.
- Provide operational and strategic logistics support for DC Dobřany, ensuring smooth execution and compliance.
- Lead Global Parcel Optimization initiatives to reduce transportation costs and improve delivery performance across regions.
- Implement transit time visibility solutions using Control Tower processes and digital dashboards for real-time monitoring.
- Participate in logistics projects on behalf of the Industrial BU to improve logistics KPIs and overall performance.
- Partner closely with the Global Logistics (GLOG) team to support freight and distribution KPI achievement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in international logistics or transportation-focused roles.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and execute data-driven or optimization projects.
- Flexibility to work across global time zones and travel when required, with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
