Job Requirements

  •  After a structured onboarding phase, you will take over the coordination of automation projects – including scheduling, cost monitoring, and process organization.
    • You will actively contribute to planning across all project phases (feasibility studies, basic engineering, and detailed engineering) and support the projects through to successful commissioning.
    • You will continuously work on quality and process optimizations during the commissioning of the systems.
    • You will contribute to the creation of technical specifications and planning documents.
    • You will support the procurement of system components and maintain close communication with external partners and suppliers.

What your background should look like

• A completed technical education in the field of automation technology, mechatronics or mechanical engineering – or equivalent professional experience
• Professional experience in automation or plant engineering is an advantage, but not strictly required – motivated entry‑level candidates are also welcome
• Interest in project and process management as well as a strong awareness of quality and costs
• High social competence, enjoyment of teamwork, and a respectful, interculturally open communication style
• Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Willingness to undertake occasional project‑related travel within the country and abroad
• Category B driving licence

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary for this position as stipulated in the collective agreement.
This is currently €3350 gross per month (14 times per year, excluding shift allowances).
A higher salary is possible depending on personal qualifications, education, and professional experience
