Payroll analyst (m/f/d)

Why you should join:
TE's Payroll teams prepare, document and disburse payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. They evaluate current systems, and recommend and develop operating efficiency improvements. They also serve as liaison to employees and third party payroll vendors to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company specific pay policies, monitor and ensure proper documentation of employee benefit payments and deductions and prepare reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including items such as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements.
Your main tasks:
- Support with payroll accounting (incl. travel expense accounting)
- Supervision of time recording and absences
- Personnel administration - administration of entries and exits
- Preparation of various statistics (data preparation, data evaluation and analysis)
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training
- Payroll audit
- Several years of practical experience in payroll accounting an advantage
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good knowledge of English
- Accuracy, high sense of responsibility and discretion

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary for this position in accordance with the collective agreement. This is € 3,252 - 3,812.00 gross per month (14 times a year) depending on professional experience. The possibility of overpayment depending on depending on qualifications and training.
