Job Description: 

As Operations Logistics Manager, you are responsible for end-to-end operational performance with a strong focus on logistics. You ensure smooth processes, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all operational areas.

Job Requirements

  • Overall responsibility for operational processes, with a strong focus on logistics and warehouse operations
  • Direct leadership and development of the warehouse team, with responsibility for additional operational teams in a second development step
  • Ownership of operational KPI performance, including safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Drive employee engagement with a focus on flexibility, EHS, and Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze, standardize, and optimize processes using Lean principles and Continuous Improvement methods

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in logistics and/or operations, ideally with warehouse responsibility
  • Proven leadership skills combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Structured, decisive, and results-driven personality
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills combined with a strategic mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English

We are legally required to state the minimum salary stipulated by the applicable collective agreement for this position. Depending on qualifications, this amounts to EUR 5,100 gross per month (full-time, paid 14 times per year). A higher salary is possible depending on individual qualifications, education, and professional experience.
