Aufgabengebiet:
- Begleitung unserer Mitarbeiter*innen im gesamten Employee Life Cycle
- Betreuung und Unterstützung der lokalen Fachbereiche in Personalagenden (z.B. Recruiting, Schulungen, Lehrlinge)
- Planung und Umsetzung von Personalentwicklungs-Maßnahmen
- Weiterentwicklung & Optimierung von Personal-Prozessen
- Durchführung von administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
Anforderungsprofil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsrecht und
- Personalverrechnung von Vorteil
- Spaß im Umgang mit Menschen
- Proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
