FINANCIAL ANALYST III

Job Overview

What your background should look like:

Responsibilities include: 
Budget/Forecast preparation (monthly, quarterly, annual) of Revenue, Standard Margin, Engineering and SG&A for Industrial Relay Subvertical to drive decision support and business partnership
Provide analysis on standard margin change for budgets and actual / prepare deviations reports
Performing cost center control, including cost center accounting
Cost savings review and tracking 
New Product Development related price calculation/simulation
Capex budget preparation in cooperation with Engineering team
Participate in monthly financial close process / accrual calculation
Participate in internal / external reporting (preparation of various reports required by Headquarter, local management staff and audit)
Continuous improvement of processes, systems and reports, including the automation of reporting and analysis processes, leveraging the internal data warehouse and other systems
Assist with special projects, ad hoc reports and analysis, as assigned, including supporting the Business Development teams

Qualifications and skills: 

Degree in finance, accounting or economics
3+ years of work experience in Controlling and/or Financial Planning, preferably in an international and manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills
A high degree of initiative, hands on mentality and continuous improvement mindset
Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credible relationships with geographically dispersed team 
Team player, strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English (verbally and written), additional language preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Hyperion, SAP and data warehouse solutions
