Job Description: 

Your tasks

  • You develop innovative concepts and cost calculations for production systems together with the team.

    • You are responsible for the 3D and 2D design of assemblies and individual parts, including creating bills of materials.

    • You make material decisions, carry out cycle‑time calculations, and prepare technical analyses.

    • You actively contribute to the further development and optimization of existing design standards.

    • You implement improvements to existing assembly systems in terms of design and work in close coordination with the relevant specialist departments.

What your background should look like

• Completed technical education in mechanical engineering or mechatronics – or comparable professional experience
• Experience in CAD design, ideally with CREO Elements Direct Modeling or CREO Parametric (career changers with willingness to learn are also welcome)
• Strong spatial imagination as well as technical and practical understanding
• Very good German and good English skills
• Independent and responsible way of working, combined with team spirit and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Austria and abroad, as well as a category B driving licence

We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary for this position as stipulated in the collective agreement. This is currently €3350 gross per month (14 times per year, excluding shift allowances). A higher salary is possible depending on personal qualifications, education, and professional experience
