Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.

What your background should look like:

Ihre Aufgaben:

-Führen und weiterentwickeln des Rüst- und TPM-Teams sowie Gefahrstofflager und Support-Teams
-Einhaltung und Verbesserung der TPM-Intervalle des Maschinen- und Equipmentparks
-Fachliche Unterstützung und Koordination aller TPM-Aktivitäten
-Organisation und Durchführung von Rüst-Events
-Projekten im TPM- und Rüst-Bereich umsetzen
- Verfügbarkeit von Equipment, Ersatzteilen und Zubehör sicherstellen
-Angebote einholen, Bestellungen durchführen und Wareneingänge prüfen
-Schulungen erstellen und abhalten
-Verbesserung der Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz in der Abteilung
-Unterstützen bei Continuous Improvement
-Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen
-Einhaltung und Weiterentwicklung von 5S
-Effizienter Einsatz der verfügbaren Mittel zum Erreichen der Abteilungsziele

Anforderungen:

-Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem Metallberuf oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
-Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d) von Vorteil
-Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
-Six Sigma Ausbildung wäre wünschenswert (z.B. Green Belt)
-Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Lean Tools (z.B. TEOA Practitioner)
-Kreativität und lösungsorientiertes Denken
-Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit
-Strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Eigenantrieb und Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
