Einsatzgebiet Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
Im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau bist du als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) zuständig für die Funktionstüchtigkeit unserer Maschinen sowie unserer Montage– und Fertigungsanlagen. Dazu lernst du wie du Maschinenbauteile selber herstellst. Außerdem müssen die Teile dann montiert und in Betrieb genommen werden. Anschließend überprüfst du die fertige Produktionstechnik. Mit deinem erlernten Wissen über die Maschinen ist es dann auch deine Aufgabe Kunden oder Kollegen in die Benutzung einzuführen und sie zu unterweisen.
Du übernimmst als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) auch die Wartung bestehender Anlagen, suchst Fehler bei Störungen an Maschinen und behebst sie anschließend. Die benötigten Ersatzteile stellst du selber her – oder bestellst sie, wenn erforderlich. Dann führst du die notwendigen Reparaturen aus.
Außerdem gehört es zu deiner Aufgabe als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) Fertigungsprozesse in Hinsicht auf Produktqualität und der Prozessstabilität stetig zu verbessern.

Du brauchst:
Qualifizierten Hauptschulabschluss, Mittlere Reife oder Abitur, räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen, technisches Verständnis, handwerkliches Geschick, ausdauernde Konzentration, sauberes, selbständiges und genaues Arbeiten, gewissenhaftes und zuverlässiges Arbeiten, Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative.
