Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Accounting Teams develop, implement and/or maintain one or more accounting systems: Journal entries, General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Revenue Reconciliation, Cash Flows, etc. in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures. They also design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Manage inter-company accounts receivable, Support for TE Rep. Offices, Complete annual Sox internal review for current duties, Manage invoicing, Responsible for Intrastat, Support month end closing, Complete monthly sales tax summary report for TE Austria (VAT), Maintain chart of accounts Add new vendors to and maintains database for information of existing vendors (UID), Invoice – Scan, Accounting – Daily Business, Account Reconciliation , Deputy (back up) for payment runs for all invoices of TE Austria via SAP, bank and cash, Fixed assets, Release blocked orders, Credit note report, Print bank statements, Invoice reprint and mail, Requests for dispatch and forward, Customer service for Austria, Sales correspondent support, Facility/reception Vienna site
