Work Location
A requirement of this program is flexibility to relocate anywhere within the US during and after the program. The program consists of 4X 6 month rotations, taking approximately 2 years. Upon graduation, final placement options will be arranged. TE offers relocation assistance to assist with any required moves for this program. See below for a list of the most common locations:

Job Overview
At TE Connectivity, you’ll help bring our purpose to life by creating a safer, sustainable, productive and connected future. Your role as a Rotational hire in the AD&M Business Unit will help us make the connections that move the world forward. 6 month assignments may look like the following
• Continuous Improvement engineer focused on supporting workshops & implementing operations improvements within our site
• Industrial Engineer, responsible for uncovering and eliminating bottlenecks in our process
• Manufacturing Engineer responsible for process technology such as Assembly, Extrusion, Automation, Machining - working on supporting sustaining or launching new projects within our sites
• Quality engineer focused on testing, validation, or problem-solving projects
• Ergonomics & Safety focused on improving employee/machine interactions reducing the risk of injury with human-centered design
• Automation engineers are responsible for quoting, concepting, design & build of automation solutions within our sites- mechanical, controls or electrical

You’re the kind of person we are looking for if you:
- Are graduating (or recently graduated) between December 2025 & August 2026 from a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or another related major
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Have previous internship or large project experience is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring Sponsorship

Competencies
COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $71,200 – 106,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location
- Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
- Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits

Our rotational program typically places an engineer in the Middletown, PA site for the first year and Winston Salem, NC the second year. Throughout the 2-year program, rotational engineers will be provided with:

Timeline
TE Connectivity recruits on campus between September and March for positions beginning June/July. Once you have applied to a position, your resume and application will be reviewed. If you are selected to move to the next step in the application process, you will be contacted by a recruiter. Once you accept an offer, the onboarding process will begin in January for candidates who have committed to offers in the fall semester and upon acceptance for candidates who have committed to offers in the spring semester.
