To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a VAT Specialist!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in migration of VAT process from EMEA,
  • Perform work in the scope of end-to-end VAT reporting,
  • Prepare VAT returns/INTRASTAT returns/EC lists/other country specific reports,
  • Handle appropriate reconciliations of VAT accounts,
  • Identify of potential VAT risks to the business units,
  • Update of VAT rules specific for countries in the responsibility area,
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures,
  • Ensure robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes,
  • Build strong relationship within the team and relevant stakeholders from other SSC teams and business units.

Your Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in TAX/ RTR departments
  • Understating of VAT laws and regulations
  • Experience in administration, calculation and submission of VAT Returns and other VAT related reports,
  • Eagerness to broaden European VAT knowledge and to improve VAT processes,
  • Demonstrated experience working independently, prioritizing work,
  • High level of confidence, integrity and motivation,
  • Fluency in English,
