Your main tasks

  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with TE’s business strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, positioning TE as a preferred supplier.
  • Manage all commercial aspects with customers, including offers, quotations, contracts, and price negotiations.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
  • Promote TE’s technologies and product portfolio to customers, driving project opportunities with Field Engineering.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and coordinating internal teams for timely support.
  • Monitor and manage financial aspects such as cash flow, credit concessions, and receivables.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for won projects.
  • Maintain oversight of the engineering project pipeline to ensure alignment with account strategy.
  • Track and achieve key KPIs such as revenue growth, preferred supplier status, and market share gains.

Your ideal background

  • University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or Business Administration.
  • Proven experience in sales, including account planning, relationship management, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute and deliver against targets.
  • High level of communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Windows Office and CRM tools (SFDC/Salesforce).
  • Strong commercial skills, customer focus, and ability to build executive‑level relationships.
  • Solid negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility for travel and a valid driver’s license.
