Job Description
To provide sales and business support for the automotive sales team in the Chubu region (Aichi-ken)

 

Business description
E-mail / telephone / meeting correspondence with customers, document organization, minutes creation, quotation creation, schedule management, sample trial support, appointment acquisition, customer information management, project management, data aggregation, report work, etc.

What your background should look like:

Qualification requirements
・ Education: University graduate / technical college graduate or above
・ Language: Japanese high fluency in written and spoken (capable of business dialogue and document creation)
                       English-Intermediate level or above
・ PC skills (Microsoft Office EXCEL Intermediate or above, Word, Power Point)
・ Ordinary car driver's license (lease car is rented for customer visits and commuting)

Experience and skills
・ Working experience with Excel to manage and analyze data (SUM, ROUND, VLOOKUP, IF, COUNT functions)
・ High work accuracy and fast processing speed
・ Proactivity to carry out business in collaboration with related departments inside and outside the company 
・ Working experience in client facing roles/sales/sales support within the electronic industrial/manufacturing segment is highly regarded.
 

Work conditions

Salary
Non-managerial position: Annual income of 5 million yen or more (basic salary: 250,000 yen or more + various allowances + bonus)
* Salary will be negotiated depending on experience, abilities, and skills

Working hours
Standard working hours: 8:30 to 17:00 (7 hours 45 minutes) - lunch break: 45 minutes
