Job Overview
TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams manage all aspects of a product, from driving new product development to manufacturing to marketing. They are responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership and capacity plans in order to meet sales and profit targets.
The Opportunity Join TE Connectivity's Data and Devices business unit as a senior individual contributor driving product strategy for our rapidly expanding Optics organization - a critical technology powering the AI revolution. You'll execute strategic initiatives for optical interconnects including Fiber Attachment Units (FAU), optical shuffles, and front plate/backplane connectivity for hyperscale customers driving next-generation AI compute architectures.

Strategic Execution
• Market Intelligence: Develop data-driven product roadmaps and competitive analysis that capture emerging AI/hyperscale opportunities
• Cross-functional Leadership: Influence and coordinate global teams across engineering, sales, manufacturing, and supply chain through expertise and relationship building to deliver winning customer programs
• Program Ownership: Drive key customer programs from concept to launch, serving as technical product authority
Business Impact
• Revenue Growth: Lead S&OP forecasting processes and execute strategies to maximize market share, sales volume, and profit margins
• Investment Analysis: Develop compelling business cases and technical assessments for senior leadership portfolio decisions
• Customer Partnership: Serve as primary technical product contact for key hyperscale customers throughout program lifecycle
Technical Leadership
• Product Planning: Own detailed product roadmap development, technical specifications, and go-to-market strategies
• Standards Influence: Represent TE in standards organizations and drive industry direction through technical expertise
• Innovation Drive: Identify and champion new technology opportunities that position TE competitively
What your background should look like:
8+ years in product management, business development, or technical roles with demonstrated P&L impact
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of passive fiber optic connectors and cable assemblies with hands-on application experience
• Education: 4-year technical degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred • Industry Knowledge: High-speed interconnect products and cloud/AI industry experience strongly desired

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $107,800-$152,700 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
