Job Overview

The Recruiter that we are looking for plays a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to join our Band 6 Team.
At TE Connectivity, Band 6 population refers to production operators, maintenance, and quality technicians and as well warehouse employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.) to identify potential candidates.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and partnerships to source qualified candidates.
• Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability.
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Administer assessments or tests, if required, to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.
• Provide candidates with information about the company, job responsibilities, and the interview process.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment to make informed hiring recommendations.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings, as necessary.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive job offers.
• Present offers to selected candidates and assist in negotiations when needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Address candidate questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the system.
• Stay current with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to proactively address workforce gaps.
• When case, offer support to our internal recruitment team with other open positions.  

What your background should look like:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using ATS and HR software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
