Job Overview
Evaluates quality improvement opportunities, collaborates with the key stakeholders to provide support, and oversee the programs and projects to improve products and processes.

• Represents the owner of TES global processes in SAP for Sales and Customer Care, and ensures individual plants are in alignment with TES global and functional strategy for SAP/PR2 and SAP/S4 locations, in alignment with TES business needs
• Learns TE best practice, identifies gaps and leads Global SOP development for key areas, guiding change management required
• Participates in the evaluation, standardization, simplification and continuous improvement of TE and TES best practice processes during the migration from SAP to future SAP Evolve.
• Consults with Sales and Customer Care process subject-matter experts representing plants/regions, TEIS and EPT, and coordinates the development of best practices for key business processes.
• Drives alignment on process standardization, making sure that processes are defined and implementations are done in accordance with the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, as well as other standards required at specific plants.
• Facilitates and supports cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives as SAP Sales / Customer Care subject matter expert
• Identifies key user talent within plants/functions to learn best practices, and support migration initiatives
• Oversees SAP template change / enhancement requests for TES Sales / Customer Care functions, ensuring any change are warranted, justifiable, provide a competitive differentiation, and approved by global process owner.
• Documents Customer Care standard work and works with SAP Teams and Sales / Customer Care leaders to train and roll out TES best practice processes in existing TES SAP plants, new SAP projects, and to new hires.
• Works with TEIS SAP Team and EPT to define Sales / Customer Care training program for new SAP projects that will align with the TES Standard Processes and expectations for standard processes and standard work.
• Guides SAP project Customer care teams on customer rationalization, data mapping and data clean-up, and validation.
• Guides SAP project team on best practices and templates for customer communications associated with SAP project changes.
Guides SAP project team on documentation and testing of logistical sales flows, including ICO sales flows, helping to ensure processes are optimized and consistent with TES Supply Chain strategy and compliant with TES Trade Compliance policies and guidelines.
• Aids in managing the business process and mindset changes required to successfully transition to SAP Evolve for new SAP projects via TES SAP Weekly 4-Way Project Track Meetings, scheduled trainings, and other workshops or initiatives.
• Represents the Global and Regional Process Owner for SAP Sales/Customer Care and acts as primary BU “Super-User” for SAP Super Users. Supports building of TESS BU Institutional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution, by identification of, training and coaching of plant level “Super-Users” and Sensors “Key Users”.

What your background should look like
Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
