Job Requirements

  • Carrying out programs and activities specific to the business unit and ensuring its consistency and timely execution.
  • Advising managers on all aspects of HR and monitoring career management programs and employee relations counseling.
  • Executing Human Resources programs in a specific client group.
  • Building relationships with client group leaders to drive talent building within the organization.

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
