Your main tasks:
- TE-wide contact person for cleaning and bonding processes
- Practical design of cleaning systems and bonding concepts
- Independent process development of complex processes with a focus on the manufacturing readiness level to improve process KPIs (e.g., process stability)
- Coordination of activities and timelines between Manufacturing Engineering, Project Management, PE, and other TE departments, as well as with external tool manufacturers, suppliers, and integrators
- Supporting production in complex problem-solving in the field of bonding and cleaning technology
- Identifying suitable business partners and building a network of internal and external experts, institutions, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Defining basic requirements for standardizing new and innovative machines and manufacturing technologies
- Conducting market studies to identify new process technologies and optimization potential, and collaborating on the creation of roadmaps
- Developing ideas and implementing new innovations and concepts for future market requirements
- Sharing knowledge and experience gained and using it to derive further best practices/bills of processes (on the process and product side) within TEs
Your ideal profile:
- University degree in mechanical engineering or materials science, ideally with a doctorate or many years of practical experience in technically relevant fields
- Technical understanding of bonding and cleaning technology
- Practical experience in the design of industrial cleaning systems and bonding processes
- Committed to identifying and implementing continuous improvements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Hands-on mentality and results-oriented approach to work
- Organizational skills and strong communication skills
- Open to new ideas and innovative
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Willingness to travel (approx. 25% - 50%) to provide on-site support at production facilities if necessary
