Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Supervisor with relevant automotive experience who is proactive towards positive change and has a structured approach with owner‑mentality to achieve success together with the team without micromanagement.

In this role, you will contribute directly to the stability and continuous improvement of our quality processes. You will support and guide a skilled team, support corrective actions, lead internal audits, and ensure that our products consistently meet customer expectations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, takes initiative, and values collaboration, and long‑term quality excellence.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Implementation, coordination and monitoring of necessary corrective actions to achieve quality goals
  • Supervising quality control activities of the team and taking the lead in internal audits
  • Assess if products and production systems meet customer requirements and take action for corrective measures if needed
  • Analyze reliability based on cost, design, weight, production capability and material availability
  • Coordinate technical standards, quality control and reliability programs to optimize resources
  • Preparation of reports on a regular basis

Ideal Background

  • Relevant technical college or university degree
  • Internal auditor experience
  • Fluent English and Hungarian, both verbal and written
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Understanding of core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, 8D)

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with soldering would be a big advantage
  • VDA  Auditor Certification Qualification is a plus
