TE Connectivity’s Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Production plant, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.

Your main tasks

  • Project Management: Oversee all Sustaining Project Management aspects from start to finish.
  • Report project status and ensure progress aligns with the plan.
  • Business Support: Support existing business operations by conducting capacity increase analyses, old tools performance evaluations, and other related activities.
  • Operational Collaboration: Lead and follow up on actions with the operations team to ensure project alignment and execution.
  • Quotation Analysis: Collaborate with the NPI team to collect, analyze, and evaluate quotations for sustaining projects.
  • Reporting: Report to senior management on identified opportunities and progress for sustaining projects.

Your ideal background

  • Master's degree in industrial engineering or similar
  • 5+ years of experience as Project Manager / Manufacturing Enegineer within Automotive industry
  • Ability to take ownership and drive decisions independently.
  • Strategic thinker capable of executing priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven in demanding environments.
  • Organized with proficient time management and administrative skills.
  • Good presentation skills and negotiation capacities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all levels.
  • Experience in Agile Project Management preferred, familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. team-oriented and solution-oriented
