Job Overview
• Maintain and develop the Quality Assurance according to IATF 16949 and according to the specific customer requirements.
• Key contact for the customers in case of quality issues.
• Responsibility for timely and correct communication with customers regarding the complaints, audits etc.
Your main tasks
• EMEA ICT customer’s key contact in case of TE related topics.
• Coordination and support cross regional (EMEA, APAC & NA) and functional (Quality, Engineering, CS….) team in case of customer related topics.
• Coordination and support finance team in case of invoice payments related to quality topics.
• Draving and participation in internal and external calls related to customer quality topics.
• Preparation and distribution of weekly KPIs presentation for ICT plants located in EMEA region.
• Check and approve CSR (Customer Specific Requirement document with the support of crosse functional departments.
• Participation in customer audits.
• Have the authority to stop Shipment and production in case of quality issue
• Monitor and evaluate customer scorecard.
• Contributing and supporting in Power tube project.
• Support in monitoring Customer portals.
• Support in distribution of Quality alerts.
• Support in monitoring ICT plants and DCs block stock.
• Evaluation and approval of 8D reports before sharing with customers (if needed).
• Be in line with TE strategy map (e.g. extraordinary customer service) and Quality Policy.
• Cooperation with business team in specific departments and with other departments according to the needs.
• For new/updated processes and products
• Organization of external and internal sorting, in cooperation with the value stream owner and the quality manager, drive and define the quality improvement plan.
• Ensure necessary training for newly hired employees.

Your Ideal Background
• Master's or Engineering degree in electrical/mechanical/industrial/quality engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in the automotive environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance.
• Fluency in English, any other foreign language is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and coordination skills, capable of collaborating effectively within diverse teams.
• Practical and results-oriented, high sense of urgency, assertive communication
• Basic knowledge of APQP elements (e.g., 8D, MSA, FMEA, CP, PPAP, Safe
Launch, CSL, etc.)
