Job Overview

 

TE Connectivity's Project Management Teams are responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects from inception through implementation. They coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management. Our Teams review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. They also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Tasks and Responsibilities

 

•    Oversee all Project Management aspects from start to finish.
•    Coordinate between internal team members to ensure that New Projects are delivered on time.
•    Report project status and ensure progress aligns with the plan.
•    Escalate issues as needed and manage project change controls.
•    Invite weekly meetings with internal team to track New Projects activities progress.
•    Follow with PJM in daily basis, New Project Progress
 

What your background should look like:

 

•    Industrial Engineering Degree
•    First working experience within technical project management is necessary. Knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset. 
•    Ability to take ownership and drive decisions independently.
•    Strategic thinker capable of executing priorities effectively.
•    Self-motivated and results-driven in demanding environments.
•    Organized with proficient time management and administrative skills.
•    Good presentation skills and negotiation capacities. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all levels.
•    Experience in Agile Project Management preferred, familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
•    strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. team-oriented and solution-oriented
