Provides guidance and leadership on manufacturing processes in order to support organizational manufacturing goals; performs research on products and manufacturing process and share the same with senior engineers.

Your main tasks

  • Automation System Development

    • Design, program, and test PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
    • Define and implement automation architecture for new equipment or production lines.
    • Select and integrate industrial automation components (sensors, actuators, drives, etc.).

    Support New Equipment & Projects

    • Collaborate in the commissioning of new machines and production lines.
    • Lead automation-related activities for capacity expansions, equipment transfers, or new product introductions (NPI).
    • Validate machine functionality and performance through FAT/SAT protocols (Factory/ Site Acceptance Testing).Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement
    • Provide technical support for troubleshooting automation-related issues in production.
    • Analyze downtime and performance loss caused by control systems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Participate in continuous improvement projects, applying Lean Manufacturing and TEOA principles.

    Process Documentation & Standards

    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including control logic diagrams, wiring schematics, and system user manuals.
    • Ensure all control systems meet ISO 9001 and machine safety regulations.
    Define and apply standard programming practices to ensure code reusability and maintainability

Your ideal background

  • Master's degree in Automatism or similar 
  • Min 5 years of experience in Manufacturing
  • Experience with automated processes, control systems, and optimization.
  • Strong foundation in electronic components, circuitry, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interpret data, solve complex problems, and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process efficiency tools.
  • Works effectively in multidisciplinary teams and contributes to a positive work environment.
