Job Overview

Ensures the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment by executing preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting breakdowns, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The role partners closely with Production, Quality, EHS, and Facilities to minimize downtime and optimize asset performance.

Job Requirements

  • Execute planned preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM).
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control systems issues.
  • Maintain CMMS data accuracy (work orders, spare parts, failure codes).
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
  • Support utilities (HVAC, compressed air, boilers, water systems) and GFS services.
  • Ensure EHS and regulatory compliance.
  • Drive reliability projects, TPM, and continuous improvement.
  • Plan schedule and maintain the performance of PM/CM interventions and submit monitoring reports by ensuring accurate and updated information filed in IFS.
  • Project management and follow-up with stockholders.
  • Maintains a rotating 24-hour on-call status for emergencies as scheduled. May work a varying schedule and/or shift. May be required to work overtime.
  • May serve in acting capacity.
  • Ensure SOPs, draw in confluence and improve through process confirmation RCA and feedbacks.

What your background should look like

  • Diploma in Engineering (Industrial, Automation, Electronics); plastics/injection molding is a plus.

  • 3–5 years experience in industrial machinery maintenance (preferred).

  • Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills.

  • Ability to use electronic testing equipment and troubleshoot PLCs and instrumentation.

  • Good problem-solving, RCA, and implementation skills.

  • Ability to manage time, priorities, and projects independently.

  • Able to manage and back up PLC/inverter software.

  • Working level of written and spoken English.
