Job Overview

Core team leader (CTL) of projects of typically medium & may one ore projects to high complexity and risk
Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of assigned project.
Ability to manage projects and core teams with some oversight from PMO lead or senior project managers
Determines best course of action to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems
Proactively work with all functions in managing resources for the projects
Manages risk and compliance a across all the assigned projects
Adopt and promote PMO best practices
Resolve or escalate conflicts of the core team
May have to interact with customers

What your background should look like:

Bachelor´s/Associates degree in Engineering, Science or Business
3-4 years of experience managing projects of low & medium complexity in a regional setting
Formal project management education and/or PMI PMP (or pursuing to get one)
Familiarity with LEANPD, Waterfall and Agile methodolgies
Knowledge of industry standards
Communication skills
Ability to communicate complex technical ideas
Problem solving
Used to work with change management
