Supply Chain Analyst
Job Overview
Job Responsibilities:

To manage and drive end-to-end integration of supply chain activities

Interface to the customer, PM, S&OP, Purchasing, DM, and cross-BU Planning Community
-
Forecasting customer demand and working with sales for stocking planning
-
Drive improvement projects related to STR improvement, inventory/freight cost reduction, and LT reduction
-
Develop material flow value streams and work with Planning teams to optimize supply chains
-
Generate reports, analyze reasons for the shortfall, develop systems, and install procedures/processes to achieve the targets

Conduct reviews on a daily/weekly basis on MPS, material availability, and production completion on time
-
Define procedures, and stabilize processes for material ordering, order acknowledgment, trackinginn-transit material, and arrival

Circulate the inventory report weekly to all MRP controllers and arrive at the inventory levels for the next three months

Development of parts as well as suppliers within the expected time frame, Required quick turnaround time for NPD projects

Arrange for forecast and Planned Order Trading (POT) from customers. Review the demand and arrange for PIR in SAP as required.

Review Forecast accuracy level and highlight to demand management to improve forecast accuracylevel thee organization's workforceanization towards meeting/exceeding all internal team KPIs and Plant KKPIs
What your background should look like:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Engineering Relevant experience in Production Planning from a manufacturing/electronics company

Min 5 years experience and practitioner in the field of Supply chain

Strong familiarity with SAP PO/DO/R3 and various SAP modules in the supply chain SAP user or SAP super user experience

Strong English communication skills to interact with regional business support teams
