Duties and Responsibilities:

Safety and Legal Compliance:

• Familiarity with the operational legal requirement of the plant from DOLE, PEZA, DENR, LLDA, FPIP-DOR, BFP, FDA, PNP, PDEA, etc.
• With high knowledge on Safety Requirements for LOTO, Machine Guarding, Control Reliability, Work at Heights, Electrical Safety, Confined Spaces, Cyanide Alarms and sensor, etc.

Facilities Operation and Maintenance of the following:

• HVAC System
• Compressed Dry Air
• Electrical System
• Water and Sewer Waste Water Operation
• Plating Water and Waste Water Treatment
• Building Maintenance

With ability to troubleshoot and recommend cost and life cycle improvement for each process.

Project Management and Cost Control:

• Leads the plant requirement on all its improvement project initiatives.
• Highly knowledgable on applicable engineering standards to recommend in the project design stage.
• Up to date on the market costing to ensure accurate project cost estimation.
• With ability to recommend and review third party contracts.
• With technical know how to recommend fastest approach in meeting the deadline without issue on project quality.

Plant Security Management:

• Lead the plant in Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning.
• Manage plant security agancy’s day to day task.
• Ensure all security related devices is maintained and in good working condition.
• Submit day to day plant status report (number of visitors, contractors, employees, violation observed, safety and security risks, etc).
• Report any potential risk to daily plant operations; may it be due to weather conditions, political unrest, traffic conditions, flooding, road accidents, etc.)
• Creates or Update Business Continuity Plan of the factory and ensure compliance and readiness of the plant.
• Assist visitor’s or employee’s concern on security related issues and align with the Global Security Requirement.

Shuttle Service Management:

• Arrange and schedule shuttle for Plant’s visitors, VIP, Customers, Auditors and Employe
• Verification and checking of shuttle provider billings.
• Implement and design continues improvement of the shuttle services.
• Fast resolution of issues from TE side and Service Provider.

Accommodation and Hotel Booking Management:

• Manages and Arranges Hotel Bookings for VIP, Visitors and Travellers.
• Manages Accommodation for long staying foreign travellers such as but not limited to the following:
  1. Apartment/Condo or Staff House Accommodation
  2. Ensure Utility Provision (Electricity, Internet, Water, etc)
  3. Food Provision and Delivery Management
• Verification and checking of provider billings.

Canteen Services Management:

• Ensure sufficient food is provided at the plant and communicated to the services provider and employees.
• Arranges food/snacks for long meetings and visitors at the plant through canteen provider.
• Lead the canteen committee team to ensure all concerns is well communicated to the third-party provider.
• Verification and checking of provider billings.

Visa Application and Processing:

• Manages plant’s request for VISA application for traveller from the plant as well as the incoming visitors.
• Arranges Flight Booking and Schedule with the Travel Agency
• Verification and checking of provider billings.

Office Supply management:

• Manages plant consumption and monitor each department’s office supply consumption for possible cost savings.
• Preparation of office supply forecast for the coming year.
• Prepares needed Purchase Request of the Office Supply
• Coordinate to all department by requesting the needed office supply as well as their monthly consumption and withdrawals.

Cost Cost Reduction Recommendation and Implementation:

• Reviews plant performance related to power, water and expenses and recommend cost reduction measures.
• Lead the plant to all Energy Cosnservation and Reduction programs.

Others:

• Engages and participate in plant’s cost reduction program, Safety, Quality and support Operations in all its capacity as Facilities Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Engineer (ME, EE, ECE) with more than 10 years experience in Facilities Operation and Management in manufacturing set-up.
• Can also manage Security and Admin Services such as Canteen, Shuttle and Transport Requirement, Housekeeping, Visa processing and Expat Hotel accomodation requirements.
• Able to communicate his/her idea and plans to all levels of the organization.
• Has negotiation skills and able to work under pressure with ease and confidence.
