Job Requirements
- Developing and implementing manufacturing processes to achieve cost, scrap, and delivery targets and determining labor requirements to meet production requirements.
- Monitoring lean manufacturing initiatives and operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory health and safety standards.
- Driving production activities according to established schedules and providing reports such as production, scrap, and machine set-up rates.
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand the production requirements, interfacing across functions to share information relative to specifications, deviations, and changes, and driving continuous improvements.
