Job Overview

The position is to develop and manage production operations to maintain productive application of resources including safety, personnel, equipment, efficiency, material availability and to achieve goals and targets, quality & delivery in every shift Promote and establish activities to comply with the company’s standards and policies. 

Job Requirements

• Set up, operate, and monitor various machines and equipment used in the production process.
• Perform self-inspection and basic quality checks. 

What your background should look like

• Graduate of High School, Senior High School, Diploma, or vocational course.
• At least 1–2 years of related experience in plating processes such as coating, APL, etc.
• Basic chemical knowledge. • Ability to read and understand product drawings.
