Job Overview
To ensure full support in all administrative work of the equipment maintenance team and adhere to safety for each activity and acquire applicable knowledge and experience during the length of the internship, which will be a useful tool for their future.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and maintain Facility team documentation- Preventive Maintenance, Work Instructions, and other Auditable Documents
• Support Facility team in spare parts management- monitor/ update purchase requisitions, parts inventory, and controls
• Monitor the implementation of Job Orders from other departments- Done, Pending, and Ongoing JOs.
• Maintain and update Total Productive Maintenance TPM boards.
• 5S+1S implementation- boards, documents, and sustainability.
• Support Facility team schedule generation, control, and monitoring of RBA requirements.
• Support Kaizen implementation, Safety initiatives, and other administrative activities.
• Process Quality
• Full – wholly accountable for the attainment of business outcome in his/her area
• Partial – co-owns or shares job responsibility with another employee or team
• Support – refers to the “basket provision” of the job description (i.e., “to perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time”)
• Working conditions are normal for an office environment, required to report to the office every day.
What your background should look like
Typically requires 1-2 years of related work experience. Completion of high school, vocational training, or equivalent is preferred.
