Job Requirements

• Ensure quality awareness and adherence to visual inspection standards.
• Operate minor machinery and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Perform machine set-up and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
• Read, understand, and follow Work Instructions accurately.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products, comparing them to specifications and identifying defects.
• Maintain accurate operation records, production data, and logs.
• Use manufacturing measuring equipment and perform basic measurements.
• Interpret and read basic product drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
• Demonstrate openness and willingness to perform tasks as assigned by the superior.

What your background should look like

• 3–4 years of related experience in plastic molding operations.
• Proficient in using manufacturing measuring equipment.
• Hands-on experience with molding machines (Fanuc) is a plus.
• Experience in operating plastic injection machines is an advantage.
