Job Overview
Support molding production operations to achieve set line targets.
Job Requirements
- Ensure quality awareness and adherence to visual inspection standards.
- Operate minor machinery and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Perform machine set-up and adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols.
- Read, understand, and follow Work Instructions accurately.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products, comparing them to specifications and identifying defects.
- Maintain accurate operation records, production data, and logs.
- Use manufacturing measuring equipment and perform basic measurements.
- Interpret and read basic product drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate openness and willingness to perform tasks as assigned by the superior.
What your background should look like
- 3–4 years of related experience in plastic molding operations.
- Proficient in using manufacturing measuring equipment.
- Hands-on experience with molding machines (Fanuc) is a plus.
- Experience in operating plastic injection machines is an advantage.
