• Maintain accurate records, operational data, and production logs.
• Use basic measurement equipment and perform standard measurements.
• Interpret and read basic product drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
• Demonstrate openness and willingness to perform tasks as assigned by the superior.

What your background should look like

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in plastic molding operations.
• Knowledgeable in molding criteria, particularly in visual inspection standards.
• Familiarity with measuring equipment and basic measurement techniques
